The Princess Blade

Robin, heiress to her father’s rank as Royal Head Guard and a swordmaster prodigy, has a secret—she’s in love with Princess Selene. But when Selene is kidnapped by a ferocious dragon and imprisoned in a tower deep within the Dark Forest, the king offers Selene’s hand in marriage to any warrior successfully bringing her back. To make matters worse, Robin’s father had chosen Benedict, a young man who had appeared at their doorstep recently with no battle skills, as his official heir and the one in charge of rescuing Princess Selene. Outraged by the injustice and Princess Selene’s suffering at the dragon’s claw, Robin embarks on a quest to test her skills as a swordwoman and prove to everyone that she’s just as capable as any man.
